Reusable Menstrual Liners
No one likes periods however we can make them more eco-friendly by avoiding the unnecessary plastic waste which periods contribute to.
Reusable sanitary pads are a great way of tackling this waste.
These reusable pads are made of four layers designed for comfort and quality. The top layer is made of odour absorbing bamboo-charcoal fleece which is comfortable against the skin. The two middle layers are made of bamboo lining which is highly absorbent to collect any liquid and the bottom coloured layer is waterproof to avoid any leaks.
The pads are ideal for lighter days or as a back up for your menstrual cup. When they have been used they can be easily folded until your ready to wash them.
The liners are secured in place with press-studs and can absorb up to about 10ml of liquid which is similar to a medium sized tampon.
The liners can be easily hand washed or washed in the machine up to 40C degrees. Do not use bleach or fabric softener as this may damage the waterproof layer.
Liners are sold in sets of three or six and will come in a variety of colours.
I've tried a few liners and these are the softest ones I've used. They're perfect for lighter days as they're not too bulky but long enough to stay in place.
